Savannah, GA? I was there a while back visiting family. I went to Tybee a few times during the summer. Small world indeed.



On topic, I logged into Ambardia for the first time today in maybe 2 years? I smiled as soon as I noticed how much attention to detail was put into the game since then. Cheers <img src="https://www.eclipseorigins.com/images/smilies/smile.png" alt="Smile" title="Smile" class="smilie smilie_1" />

Though it's still snowing on the Mainland, with 2 weeks until Easter.

The Ambardia Easter event has started and will continue on through April!

There's a new Island that can be accessed by the little boat in Naxoss.

And check your Quest Log for this years Easter Quest.

Sword Fighting Skill level will increase chance of Critical hits.

Magic Skill level decreases SP used on spell casting.

Archery Skill level increases chance of retaining Arrows.

Prayer Skill increases chance of Rare Skill Items.

Recoded the Upgrading Stones; They now scan through all

equipment slots, looking for an upgradable piece

and will upgrade if successful. This means in-code that

there's no equipment limitation, if it's upgradable, it will upgrade.



Checked the chat log, and saw that it'd be nice if click

was used instead of double click, that's what this update allows

All fish have been updated and can be cooked.

Removed the Fish Monger.

Fish now give much more HP's and some also give MP's now.

as opposed to the 10. This required changing some data types.

I've created a backup I can revert to, if there's any serious issues.

Clan specific Dragons within the 21 gates gives players

Healing spells can be used without targetting;

(If you target a monster or have no target, it will automatically target you).

Healing still works on Pets, and other Players if manually targetted.

The above also fixed a server sided RTE.

Added an exit button to the bank.

Added a key press for maps that are messed up.

Use it to refresh the map cache. It's the 'Delete' key.

Ambardia is alive and well. We have added over the heads of quest givers the quest name they give. Green is not started, yellow is in progress and red is done. There is also a nice quest line now on the start island to help you feel more into the game.

That would be unnecessary. Any could make a game like Ambardia if they know what they are doing.

Lol if you knew VB6; You'd also know that games made in VB6 will not hold many players. The server requires ALOT of CPU to keep things smooth.

It was just not him that quit; I lost interest and quit as well. We agreed to close it down as we were not attracting as many people as we did during Ambardia Classic.

(The irony of games that nobody plays when the servers on but questions and cries when the server is down)
