C# CRC32 Updater

Hello guys.

Here’s a brand new CRC32 updater for you guys.

When you download it, run Updater.exe to download the documentation. It also serves as a demonstration. You can find the source within the Updater folder. Have fun!

Download it here: http://glaciate.net/downloads/CRC32Updater.rar

First for a long time

Thanks! I was looking for that. I’ll add it to the credits for the doc.

Np. It was the first result when I searched for “C# CRC32 Updater”.

Zomg.

Cool, updaters are always handy. Nice to have one with a GUI as well.

Thanks, this updater looks awesome.

cool

On topic: Great Updater, It’ll be useful. New and fresh things are always best.

Off topic: Cats can fly if you BELIEVE….Maybe throw em too…

So, can someone tell me how this works? xD

Perhaps downloading it, and reading the file conveniently named “Documentation.PDF”, exactly as it say on the screenshot, may help?

Or, if that’s too much of an hassle: http://glaciate.net/abtest/bin/Documentation.pdf

Bumping, as people seemingly can’t find this.

Apparently, using the search bar is too rigorous a task for some.

Put this in the official downloads.

Nice updater, simple to use/edit and works great. I’ll probably just use this for my game/engine now instead of remaking one myself.

Did some small edits just to change the UI and the way files are displayed

!

That’s pretty nice. :P

As a sidenote, you probably should obliterate where I’ve used DoEvents, and it’s worth looking into changing from DownloadFile to DownloadFileAsync. My laziness unfortunately knows no bounds. :P

Ya, I removed the DoEvents but was kind of confused about all of them at first lol. Also I have it setup to use DownloadFile or DownloadFileAsync for certain things.
